How we handle trade applications.

Information we collect
When you apply for wholesale access, we collect your business name, contact name, Australian mobile number and estimated monthly order size. We also record the date of your application, your confirmation that you are 18+ and applying for a retail business, and any campaign parameters included in the page link.
Why we use it
We use this information to verify your mobile number, assess the trade enquiry, contact you about wholesale pricing and availability, prevent misuse of the application form, and keep a record of your consent.
SMS verification
Your mobile number and a one-time verification code are processed by our SMS delivery provider so the code can be sent to you. We do not use the verification code for marketing.
Sharing and storage
We do not sell application details. Access is limited to people who need the information to review and respond to your trade enquiry. Information may be processed by service providers that host the application or deliver SMS messages on our behalf.
Cookies and analytics
This page does not set advertising cookies or load third-party analytics. Campaign parameters may be stored with your application so we can understand which page brought you to us.
Access, correction and deletion
You can ask to access, correct or delete the application details we hold. Reply to the SMS message from our trade team and ask for the privacy contact. We may need to verify your identity before acting on the request.
